What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including software, cloud, and procurement contracts.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and board-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage disputes, claims, and litigation strategies in coordination with external counsel.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory, compliance, and data privacy matters.
• Participate in strategic business initiatives and deliver legal training to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or multinational corporate legal department.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, corporate governance, and litigation management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Poland or Hungary.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS industries.
• Exposure to cross-border legal matters and managing external counsel.
• Proficiency in additional European or Middle Eastern languages.
