Salary: $98,480 – $140,770 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term, value-based relationships with pharmaceutical accounts.
• Increase market position through consultative, in-depth selling across all account levels.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the territory.
• Provide technical support and consulting services to enhance customer value.
• Manage sales pipelines, set pricing, and coordinate customer quotations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical Ingredients (raw chemicals) industry.
• Experience with APIs and Excipients is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Science or Chemistry.
• Strong understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
• Proven negotiation skills and a competitive drive.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (Long Island, Upstate NY, CT).
