What you will do
- Engage with members across voice, digital, SMS, chat, and video channels with deep empathy and professionalism.
- Help members navigate benefits, find providers, schedule appointments, and explain complex healthcare information.
- Conduct proactive clinical outreach and collaborate with clinical staff to identify escalation paths.
- Leverage internal systems and AI-powered tools to deliver fast, accurate, and documented solutions.
- Flex between inbound and outbound work based on seasonal business priorities and operational needs.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, compliance regulations, and internal performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role or fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential seasonal adjustments and weekend availability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate emotionally charged interactions.
- Strong multitasking ability to listen, talk, and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfort working alongside AI-powered tools and navigating multiple software platforms.
