Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role or fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential seasonal adjustments and weekend availability.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate emotionally charged interactions.
• Strong multitasking ability to listen, talk, and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
