What you will do

• Coordinate assessment engagements from post-SOW kickoff through delivery completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Schedule all meetings and manage delivery resources, including consultants and data collection roles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer coordination.
• Support billing inputs and facilitate project closure activities and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or professional services.
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
• Familiarity with project tracking or PSA tools.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, CA
