Salary: CAD 55,000 - CAD 62,000

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including meeting scheduling and report preparation.
  • Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
  • Manage financial administration, including processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
  • Oversee the shipping, cleaning, and management of character mascots globally.
  • Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation.
  • Support internal audits and assist with regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
