What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the franchise team, including meeting scheduling and report preparation.
- Coordinate franchise onboarding, compliance tracking, and communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
- Manage financial administration, including processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
- Oversee the shipping, cleaning, and management of character mascots globally.
- Maintain and organize confidential financial and franchise documentation.
- Support internal audits and assist with regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
