What you will do

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build executive-level connections and drive commercial outcomes within the partner ecosystem.
• Translate merchant needs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead effective business reviews to ensure accountability and identify new areas for expansion.
• Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
• Proven track record of managing strategic partner or merchant relationships.
• Ability to present confidently to C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, or payment ecosystems.
• Proficiency in building and analyzing P&Ls to provide strategic recommendations.
• English proficiency required for all professional communication.
