What you will do

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and engage mid-market prospects to acquire new logos and displace legacy competitors.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that directly address customer pain points and needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel Partners to provide high-value solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools for pipeline analysis, deal insights, and drafting communications to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in a mid-market environment.
  • Experience selling into local government, utilities, or other regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Challenger.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
