Account Manager (Fintech): Managing core customer relationships and driving expansion, renewals, and satisfaction for a private equity and venture capital data platform with an accent on strategic account growth and client retention. Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
Salary: $105,000 base + $45,000 on-target variable commission.

What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of core clients, acting as the primary business partner via in-person meetings, phone, and email.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to increase client engagement and footprint over a multi-year time horizon.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to consistently exceed sales and retention goals.
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations to highlight how the platform addresses the needs of the account and individual users.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Development Representatives to strategize on retention and growth.
- Manage the full sales pipeline and client interactions using Salesforce, Catalyst, Tableau, and Gong.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Proven ability to close complex deals with relevant stakeholders and oversee the end-to-end sales process.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM to forecast sales and maintain client records.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
