What you will do

• Coach and mentor a group of 4-6 engineers in completing structural analyses of communication structures.
• Perform and review structural and foundation calculations to determine structural capacity.
• Design complex tower modifications to reinforce structures and coordinate detailed drawings for construction.
• Serve as Engineer-of-Record (EOR) for reviewed and sealed structural deliverables.
• Represent the company on TIA sub-committees and stay current with industry standard changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside consulting firms to ensure field work is completed on time.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
• Proficiency in TNX Tower and RISA 3D software.
• Expertise in building codes and standards including IBC, TIA Rev I & H, ACI, and ASCE-7.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Structural Engineer (SE) License.
• Experience specifically within the communication tower industry.
• Additional foundation software knowledge.
