Salary: $150K – $175K CAD (Total Salary)

What you will do

• Oversee regional operations for Network Growth in the Americas to consistently meet New ARR and conversion targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for the AMS rated segment, aligning with company goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead across Toronto and Mexico City.
• Represent hirify.global in the Americas by coordinating regional campaigns and participating in industry events.
• Lead the AI transformation of the Network Growth team, embedding AI agents and ML models into daily sales workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing high-performing inside sales or SMB sales teams with a track record of ARR growth.
• Deep understanding of high-volume inside sales best practices, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and AI-powered sales tools.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience managing teams across multiple geographies or time zones.
