What you will do
- Execute brand awareness initiatives for partners including Oracle Red Bull Racing, Utah Jazz, and Utah Mammoth.
- Develop content and activation concepts that educate B2B and B2C audiences about company capabilities.
- Coordinate logistics, RSVP tracking, and onsite preparation for VIP hospitality experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Brand, PR, and Social teams to align activations with revenue goals.
- Report on program performance including brand metrics, content engagement, and pipeline influence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and see them through to completion.
- Strong teamwork skills and a humble approach to learning from mistakes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Curiosity and a drive to find better ways of executing tasks.
Nice to have
- Prior experience or comfort working within the sports industry.
- Interest in B2B marketing concepts, account-based marketing (ABM), or pipeline-driven GTM strategies.
- Familiarity with experiential marketing and event hospitality.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Salesforce, or Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media and digital content creation.
