What you will do

• Coordinate event logistics, including ordering booth materials and managing shipping/receiving of marketing assets.
• Execute pre-event assets like social media banners and landing page copy, and handle post-event lead list formatting.
• Maintain the global conference calendar and manage event marketing inventory.
• Track and report on event marketing metrics and manage associated budgets.
• Manage end-to-end participation for smaller regional trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing operations and design teams to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Experience supporting event logistics or marketing projects (including university projects or internships).
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with global teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, Jira, and WordPress systems.
