TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Sales/Fitness): Expanding the merchant base by acquiring and onboarding high-potential local businesses in the fitness and wellness space with an accent on field-first prospecting and relationship building. Location: Must be based in Upstate New York (Highly field-based role with 70–80% travel)

Salary: $52,125 – $76,450

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness and wellness businesses within the assigned territory.
  • Execute a field-first approach by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local industry events.
  • Own the full sales cycle, utilizing in-person visits, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and act as a local industry expert.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track performance metrics using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
