Salary: $197,100 — $270,975 USD

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of DSAs, focusing on hiring, coaching, and growth.
• Accelerate customers' path to production by removing friction and streamlining onboarding for Data and AI workloads.
• Maintain technical leadership in Lakehouse architectures and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to create integrated customer success plans.
• Establish operational mechanisms for tracking workload progress and customer health.
• Serve as a technical sponsor for key accounts, engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Architecture, Field Engineering) in Data and AI.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native Lakehouse architectures and distributed data systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and an OOP language (Python, SQL, or Scala).
• Background in Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, Streaming, or ML/AI productionization.
• Must be based in California, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
