Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid schedule with office attendance 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.
Base salary: USD 90,000β180,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead and optimize Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operations, including 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, escalation, mass notification, and traveler accountability.
- Develop operational roadmaps, frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, SLAs, escalation protocols, and process controls.
- Coordinate incident response, crisis management, business continuity, threat intelligence, and physical security improvements.
- Build, coach, and manage a high-performing GSOC team while overseeing vendors, guard forces, schedules, budgets, and workflows.
- Design event security plans and coordinate security for major firm events, executives, and senior leaders.
- Partner with Real Estate and Facilities, IT, HR, Legal and Compliance, InfoSec, Operational Resilience, landlords, service providers, and law enforcement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in security operations, GSOC or command center management, incident response, protective services, emergency management, military, law enforcement, or a related field.
- 3+ years managing corporate security or GSOC professionals.
- Bachelorβs degree in security management, criminal justice, national security, risk management, emergency management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing global security programs, guard forces, SOPs, post orders, site surveys, risk assessments, events, vendors, budgets, and operational standards.
- Knowledge of access control systems such as Lenel or Avigilon and CCTV platforms such as Milestone or Verkada.
- Excellent executive communication, analytical thinking, judgment, problem-solving, and critical-incident reporting skills.
Nice to have
- Masterβs degree in a relevant security, risk, emergency management, or business discipline.
- CPP, PSP, CFE, CFI, or equivalent physical security or investigative credentials.
- Experience in geopolitical analysis, trend forecasting, international security initiatives, or collaboration with corporate real estate and facilities teams.
