Event and AV Operations Analyst

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office required. The role includes 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $77,700–$120,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Provide white-glove AV support for executive meetings, leadership forums, corporate broadcasts, and high-visibility events.
• Support live broadcasts, Town Halls, webcasts, hirify.global TV productions, and hybrid events.
• Operate broadcast production workflows, including presenter transitions, scene switching, and graphics integration.
• Provide Level 2 break/fix support for conference rooms, executive spaces, digital signage, and event venues.
• Plan and deliver events by coordinating schedules, run-of-show documents, staffing, equipment, setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, troubleshoot issues in real time, and improve event support standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting AV operations, corporate events, live productions, or hybrid event environments.
• Experience supporting executive-facing events and high-visibility broadcasts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments.
• Experience with conference room technologies, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, and presentation systems.
• Availability to work varied hours based on departmental needs and to travel 5–10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience operating Ross Carbonite, TriCaster, or similar video switching platforms.
• Experience with Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams collaboration platforms.
