Event and AV Operations Analyst (Live Broadcast)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days in the office are required. The role also requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $86,300–$133,600 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide white-glove AV support for executive meetings, leadership forums, corporate broadcasts, and high-visibility events.
• Support live broadcasts, Town Halls, webcast events, hirify.global TV productions, and hybrid events.
• Operate broadcast production workflows, including video switching, presenter transitions, scene switching, and graphics integration.
• Provide Level 2 break/fix support for conference rooms, executive spaces, digital signage, and event venues.
• Plan and coordinate event schedules, run-of-show documentation, staffing, equipment, setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, communicate event readiness and risks, and contribute to post-event improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting AV operations, corporate events, live productions, or hybrid event environments.
• Experience supporting executive-facing events and high-visibility broadcasts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live production environments.
• Experience with conference room technologies, audio systems, displays, cameras, microphones, presentation systems, and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Webex, or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office at least 3 days per week and travel 5–10% of the time.
