What you will do

• Implement AI and automation solutions to enhance recruiting processes.
• Lead the optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the overall recruiting technology stack.
• Build and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Manage relationships with recruiting technology vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain high standards for recruiting data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to deliver scalable technological solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing recruiting technology platforms and ATS optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Expertise in building actionable insights and reports in Power BI.
• Experience collaborating with leadership to implement tech solutions.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and technology contracts.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required
