Technical Project Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or Nashville, United States

Base compensation: $82,082–$193,440 per year

What you will do

• Run complex modernization and cloud transformation programs from scoping and planning through end-to-end execution.
• Partner with and influence multiple engineering teams across business units.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Manage escalations, trade-offs, competing priorities, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure technical capabilities meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management across cross-functional teams.
• At least 4 years of experience with cloud transformation.
• Experience leading large technical programs from concept through delivery.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
