What you will do

• Deliver generalist HR advice on recruitment, grievances, conduct, and performance management.
• Manage a diverse caseload of HR cases, including disciplinary and capability matters.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, senior leaders, and union representatives.
• Implement HR programs, audits, training sessions, and policy updates.
• Assist in securing new business and developing the FusionHR brand.
• Provide guidance on DBS disclosures and safeguarding checks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Wakefield, UK.
• Experience providing generalist HR advice to senior leaders in highly unionized environments.
• Knowledge of current HR legislation and experience in policy development.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently studying towards it).
• Proven track record in resolving complex casework problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
