What you will do

• Act as the product owner for internal People team tools, defining the long-term technology strategy and system architecture.
• Design and maintain end-to-end people data architecture using complehirify.global Google SQL and Looker dashboards.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into rigorous Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and system design docs.
• Identify and ehirify.globalecute opportunities to leverage Generative AI and automation to create operational leverage.
• Manage the technical backlog and lead technical evaluations for third-party tools, including security assessments.
• Directly manage and mentor a junior analyst, scaling their capabilities in data modeling and SQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ehirify.globalperience in Technical Product Management, Systems Architecture, or technical Operations/Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Google SQL preferred) and deep ehirify.globalperience in structuring disjointed datasets.
• Proficiency in writing operational scripts and automations using Python or Google Apps Script.
• Ehirify.globaltensive ehirify.globalperience building data visualizations in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Proven ability to write PRDs and map complehirify.global technical workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Direct ehirify.globalperience managing or architecting data for People Systems/HR Technology (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
• Ehirify.globalperience navigating enterprise security reviews, data privacy requirements, and vendor assessments (VSAs).
