What you will do

• Lead, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives and projects for the Swiss market.
• Develop locally relevant marketing initiatives and generate new local leads for the marketplace model.
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments.
• Identify and implement measures to improve the overall customer experience.
• Manage internal and external service providers and stakeholders.
• Monitor local performance and track store KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry.
• Excellent analytical skills, business sense, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Structured, independent work style with a solution-oriented mindset.
