What you will do

• Drive the implementation, quarterly monitoring, and annual review of the sustainability strategy.
• Support the development of sustainability governance structures, including roles and processes.
• Manage external sustainability communication formats, website content, and e-learning tools.
• Monitor regulatory developments, specifically the EmpCo Directive, and assess business implications.
• Support sustainability reporting processes and contribute to ESG ratings.
• Prepare and support meetings and workshops related to sustainability management.

Requirements

• University degree in sustainability management, business administration with a sustainability focus, or equivalent.
• Initial professional experience in ESG, sustainability strategy, or project management.
• Strong understanding of ESG topics and regulatory frameworks, especially CSRD/ESRS.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent German and English skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
