What you will do

  • Serve as the operating backbone of the CEO, owning priorities, cadence, and follow-through to maximize high-leverage decisions.
  • Manage board operations end-to-end, including pack production, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
  • Drive the leadership team's operating rhythm to ensure decisions are documented, owned, and executed.
  • Lead the program management of 2–5 strategic initiatives spanning organizational growth, capital activity, and market expansion.
  • Represent the CEO's voice in high-stakes communications, investor updates, and client correspondence.
  • Translate complex, high-stakes decisions into clear written analysis and structured recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, a scaling tech company, or a CoS/COO track.
  • Exceptional written output with the ability to produce crisp memos and communications under time pressure.
  • Strong execution discipline to ensure decisions are logged and owners are held accountable.
  • Financial and commercial literacy, including the ability to read a P&L and understand services economics.
  • Ability to influence without authority to drive results across cross-functional teams.
  • English: Fluent proficiency required.
