What you will do

• Define the strategic direction for planning and analyzing indirect spend categories.
• Lead multi-disciplinary category teams to enhance stakeholder alignment and cross-functional engagement.
• Develop and implement multi-year category strategies aligned with TKE business priorities.
• Oversee complex sourcing initiatives and executive-level negotiations across indirect supplier ecosystems.
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, and governance processes, including performance management programs.
• Standardize procurement policies and maximize the use of P2P digital platforms and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with a focus on indirect procurement.
• Expert understanding of purchasing policies and the use of procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms.
• Proven experience in transformational leadership of indirect procurement operating models.
• Deep expertise in developing category strategies for IT, professional services, facilities, and MRO.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
• Procurement certifications such as APICS, CPSM, or CPSD.
• Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
