What you will do

• Lead global strategic sourcing for hardware, software, cloud, and indirect domains.
• Develop and execute category management strategies aligned with operational resilience and growth.
• Drive Procure-to-Pay excellence and process optimization using ERP systems and AI automation.
• Establish a domain-expert operating model across IT, Marketing, R&D, and HR categories.
• Manage supplier performance, cost-reduction initiatives, and business continuity planning.
• Build cross-functional coalitions and lead complex negotiations with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Operations leadership.
• Proven global procurement experience across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
• Strong background in hardware manufacturing (EMS) and software/SaaS/cloud procurement.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/P2P systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zip).
• Proven track record of transforming procurement functions from tactical to strategic.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
