What you will do

• Lead transportation procurement sourcing events, including RFI/RFP preparation, tender management, and carrier evaluation.
• Develop freight spend baselines and market benchmarks to identify cost reduction opportunities and establish target rates.
• Design and execute direct carrier contracting strategies for priority lanes to unbundle freight from supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams on contract terms, service level requirements, and data-sharing SLAs.
• Develop routing guides and carrier selection frameworks, integrating them into TMS/ERP workflows.
• Track monthly procurement savings and contribute to carrier performance scorecarding.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in carrier RFP/RFI management and rate benchmarking.
• Strong experience in negotiation support and contract execution within the logistics domain.
• Ability to analyze vendor-incoterm mix, service metrics, and mode/lane profiles.
• Experience with TMS and ERP workflows for embedding approved rates.
