Salary: $171,000 - $228,000

What you will do
- Develop narrative-first positioning focusing on merchant pain and ROI rather than product features.
- Own the growth narrative across the funnel using customer data and airtight ROI methodologies.
- Enable Sales and CS teams by building collateral and analyzing win/loss data.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on the ecommerce landscape to determine strategic battlegrounds.
- Orchestrate internal and external resources to ensure flawless, data-driven delivery of growth initiatives.
- Create tailored messaging for different buyer personas, distinguishing between budget authority and veto power.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving growth in high-velocity SaaS or ecommerce environments.
- Deep expertise in product marketing, specifically category creation versus category capture.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for internal alignment and external content.
- Strong analytical ability to craft measurable business impact stories.
- Must be based in Toronto and committed to working in-office 4 days a week.
