Client Service Representative (Financial Services)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Process custody account opening requests from corporate and direct clients.
• Validate and upload client due diligence documentation.
• Provision and maintain client access to the BBH Infuse portal.
• Collaborate with internal teams, client service groups, and external clients.
• Follow BBH policies and procedures to maintain service quality and minimize operational risks.
• Keep desktop procedures and internal trackers up to date and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong English skills at C1 level.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and resolve issues.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
