Location: Must be based in Poland

Salary: 31.78 zł — 35.04 zł PLN gross per hour

What you will do

  • Handle customer support issues for assigned game studios, resolving account and technical problems.
  • Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries to assist players.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers within a structured support team.
  • Stay updated on client projects, newest releases, and branding.
  • Participate in assisted training modules to grow and improve professional skills.

Requirements

  • Polish language proficiency: C1 minimum
  • English language proficiency: B2 minimum
  • Must be based in Poland
  • In-depth gaming knowledge and a passion for video games.
  • Modern gaming PC/laptop meeting specific hardware specs (Win 11/macOS 13, 8GB+ RAM, CPU Mark 9220+).
  • Dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence.
