What you will do
- Prepare, review, and monitor appointments and completions to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Manage all planning and administrative requirements for assigned projects, including logging jobs into Total Mobile.
- Coordinate with residents to arrange validation and post-inspection surveys.
- Liaise with clients and site managers to handle queries and provide regular updates.
- Generate resident correspondence and monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely action.
- Raise purchase orders and provide administrative support to the Disrepairs Team.
Requirements
- Proven experience or a relevant qualification in administration.
- Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality service within a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Awareness and understanding of equality issues.
