• Mentor planning team members and educate clients on emerging trends and best practices.
• Create and implement roadmaps to guide the execution of planning-based programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
• 15+ years of Account Planning experience.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience managing a department or large accounts with sizeable teams.
• Deep expertise in the digital space and practical activation experience.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA.
