Salary: $180,000–$225,000 + equity

hirify.global is a Series B startup providing a clinical operating system for MSK care delivery and clinic operations.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end marketing across demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and brand.
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy targeting MSK clinics, specialty practices, and multi-site provider groups.
  • Define and translate complex clinical workflows into credible positioning and messaging for clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Build multi-channel demand gen programs including paid, lifecycle, outbound, and field marketing.
  • Lead product marketing efforts, including launches, case studies, and ROI narratives to enable the sales team.
  • Establish and manage reporting for pipeline, CAC, funnel performance, and attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM leadership.
  • Proven track record of selling into clinics, provider groups, or healthcare operators (MSK or specialty care preferred).
  • Experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes rather than just lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, stakeholders, and clinic economics.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical products into compelling narratives.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with CAC and conversion metrics.
