Salary: $180,000–$225,000 + equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketing across demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and brand.
- Develop and execute a GTM strategy targeting MSK clinics, specialty practices, and multi-site provider groups.
- Define and translate complex clinical workflows into credible positioning and messaging for clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Build multi-channel demand gen programs including paid, lifecycle, outbound, and field marketing.
- Lead product marketing efforts, including launches, case studies, and ROI narratives to enable the sales team.
- Establish and manage reporting for pipeline, CAC, funnel performance, and attribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM leadership.
- Proven track record of selling into clinics, provider groups, or healthcare operators (MSK or specialty care preferred).
- Experience owning pipeline and revenue outcomes rather than just lead generation.
- Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles, stakeholders, and clinic economics.
- Ability to translate complex clinical products into compelling narratives.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with CAC and conversion metrics.
