What you will do

• Drive end-to-end global demand generation strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to hit ARR targets.
• Architect an AI-native demand engine embedding machine learning and automation into segmentation and targeting workflows.
• Lead integrated demand strategies across CX and EX portfolios in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Build and scale a high-performing global demand generation organization with a focus on analytical rigor.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Marketing to optimize funnel velocity and CAC efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with senior-level demand leadership.
• Proven track record of owning pipeline tied directly to ARR in scaled SaaS environments.
• Experience operating across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Deep fluency in marketing analytics, forecasting, and attribution.
• Experience embedding AI and automation into demand workflows.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, United States.
