TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Define and execute global demand generation strategy across the U.S. and EMEA markets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a focus on data-driven results.
  • Partner with the CMO and executive team to shape company-level growth decisions.
  • Drive pipeline generation and marketing-sourced revenue through multi-channel programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize lead handoff, messaging, and enterprise deal strategy.
  • Manage marketing operations, including attribution, automation, and ROI-focused paid media investments.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on demand generation leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth in mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Must be able to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner with C-level leadership.
  • Experience in HRTech or selling to HR/People leaders is highly preferred.
