What you will do

• Own the team backlog, manage intake, and prioritize tasks to align with organizational goals.
• Document business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and release notes.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring high-quality story creation and backlog maintenance.
• Act as the primary daily point of contact for the development team and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate testing, documentation, and training sessions for supporting teams ahead of major releases.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile product development environment.
• Strong ability to manage expectations across business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis (no sponsorship).
