Product Manager (CAMA & Tax Solutions)

What you will do

• Act as Product Owner for CAMA product: prioritize backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria, decompose stories, and perform delivery acceptance testing.
• Develop and execute product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders, balancing current customer needs with market expansion.
• Engage with customers via surveys, interviews, and user groups to understand challenges and inform backlog; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage customer expectations, support sprint planning, and communicate product initiatives internally and externally.
• Participate in sales RFP responses, evaluate new market requirements, and create design documents, roadmaps, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).
• 5–10 years of experience in software product management, preferably in property assessment industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; excellent communication for cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environment with customer-delivery mindset.
