What you will do

  • Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and lead sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
  • Design end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency, usability, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance product capabilities and streamline internal processes.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating priorities and communicating roadmaps.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for cross-functional scrum teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
  • Must be based in the USA (Atlanta, Georgia).
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments and the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for product development and workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, CPO).
  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, workflow automation, or business process improvement.
