What you will do

• Lead and support engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that meet client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements, ensuring business benefits and ROI.
• Cultivate strong partnerships and identify new value creation avenues with C-level stakeholders.
• Manage engagement strategies, project milestones, financial performance, and internal KPIs.
• Contribute to the development of content and direction for client engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Background in Data Science, ML, or Computer Science.
• Proven track record of building and growing relationships with large organizations.
• Extensive experience dealing with and influencing C-Level stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or work on-site in Barcelona or Zürich.
