What you will do
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for strategic CRM and helpdesk integrations (HubSpot, Zendesk, Pipedrive, Zoho).
- Oversee software design and architecture to ensure scalable, maintainable, and reliable solutions.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to build an inclusive culture.
- Manage technical relationships with external technology partners regarding API contracts and integration timelines.
- Maintain the public API and webhook platform to empower third-party partners.
- Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and optimize team delivery velocity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of Engineers.
- Expert programming ability with TypeScript, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
- Professional experience delivering software with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
- Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud-based platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience deploying software to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience managing third-party API integrations or platform-as-a-product teams.
- Background leading teams working with microservices and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization.
