Salary: €92,400 - €104,400

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering their professional growth and career development.
- Drive the development of AI-powered product features, ensuring they are built for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and align on technical initiatives.
- Participate in RFC reviews, providing constructive feedback and proposing architectural alternatives.
- Hire top talent and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s to support team well-being and individual performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-stack engineer or in a similar technical role.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience designing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations.
- Proven experience building or contributing to AI-powered features in production.
- Familiarity with modern AI practices: spec-driven development, evaluation frameworks (Evals), and agentic workflows.
- Ability to guide teams in reviewing and safely deploying AI-generated code.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or React/React Native.
- Deep understanding of LLM limitations, including hallucinations and data sensitivity.
