What you will do

• Act as a dedicated people manager for 30+ engineers, overseeing performance, career growth, and training.
• Own the recruitment process to scale hardware engineering teams across six disciplines.
• Develop and implement standardized work processes for mechanical, electrical, and propulsion teams.
• Audit and improve internal engineering infrastructure and tooling.
• Contribute to organizational structure and cross-functional delivery optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term technical vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary hardware engineering teams of 30+ people.
• Direct experience shipping complex hardware systems (UAV, drone, eVTOL, or robotics) from prototype to production.
• Deep understanding of fast-cycle hardware test campaigns and qualification gates.
• Exceptional communication skills and a high bar for technical excellence.
