Salary: $103,500 – $174,000 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the central project intake and operating model for the marketing organization.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline brief writing, roadmapping, and status tracking.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off discussions across competing initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead organizational change management to ensure adoption of new AI-enabled processes and tools.
  • Establish and track program KPIs, milestones, and two-sided SLAs between strategy and execution teams.
  • Contribute to the Project Management Center of Excellence by building playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Program and Project Management experience, specifically within a marketing organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering for large, cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrable success in adopting AI-driven solutions to automate or streamline workflows.
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • Must be based in the United States.
