What you will do

• Manage and grow existing client relationships while acquiring new partners in the Retail Media business.
• Advise clients on Retail Media solutions and execute marketing campaigns including Sponsored Products and Content.
• Coordinate and manage campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Take ownership of internal controlling topics such as revenue reporting and monthly billing.
• Support the continuous improvement and automation of internal controlling processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Account Management, CRM, Sales, or Commercial Controlling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• English: Excellent written and spoken skills required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
