What you will do

• Lead execution of capital transactions, including joint ventures, disposals, and strategic partnerships across Poland and CEE
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners
• Structure and negotiate investment agreements with internal and external stakeholders
• Run end-to-end transaction processes: due diligence, financial modelling, and documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, technical, operations) to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor market trends and investor appetite to inform investment strategy and optimize deal structures

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in investment management, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field
• Proven track record in capital raising and joint venture structuring (real estate experience strongly preferred)
• Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills
• Experience managing complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
• Solid understanding of legal and financial aspects of investment transactions
• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of the Polish real estate market
• Additional CEE languages
• CFA or other professional qualification
