What you will do

• Establish and maintain processes for consistent service and project delivery.
• Manage vendor accounts and handle procurement responsibilities.
• Gather and analyze requirements for IT and business-driven projects.
• Develop and manage schedules for deployments, upgrades, and licensing renewals.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and functional teams to facilitate task completion.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
