What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value fitness and wellness partners through strategic upselling.
  • Spend 70-80% of time in the field conducting in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings.
  • Combine field and inside sales tactics, utilizing phone, email, and social channels to maintain connectivity.
  • Proactively identify partner pain points and position ClassPass solutions to resolve them.
  • Build and maintain a strong local presence within the regional fitness and wellness community.
  • Meet and exceed monthly engagement and upsell goals while coordinating transactional work with support teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding performance quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional fitness and wellness market with existing professional connections.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools for pipeline management.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco area and available for extensive regional travel.
