TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving full-cycle sales for the lower mid-market segment (21-50 employees) with an accent on high-velocity pipeline management and tailored UCaaS product demonstrations. Focus on managing multiple lead channels, conducting efficient discovery, and accelerating deal cycles to under 30 days.

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (4 days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage multiple lead channels including inbound, XDR hot transfers, and channel opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business value.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline in Salesforce with an average deal cycle of less than 30 days.
  • Generate new pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting within the 21-50 employee segment.
  • Collaborate with XDRs and channel partners to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain accurate forecasting data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (discovery, negotiation, closing).
  • Experience selling into SMB organizations, specifically the 21-50 employee range.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume opportunities within short sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling UCaaS, SaaS, or cloud communications solutions.
  • Experience balancing inbound and outbound sales motions simultaneously.
  • Track record of success in high-velocity environments with monthly revenue targets.
