What you will do

• Oversee operational practices across the district to ensure smooth dispensary functions and achievement of revenue targets.
• Coach and develop direct reports through performance assessments, goal setting, and regular feedback.
• Implement market strategies and innovative techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the region.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local compliance regulations as well as company policies.
• Analyze business trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Act as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and various site locations.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer relationship management skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation is required.
