Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Deerfield, Illinois, United States, with a required minimum number of onsite days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop, consolidate, and report global cash flow forecasts with Treasury, FP&A, and finance teams.
• Analyze cash flow and balance sheet drivers, investigate forecast variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate capital investment opportunities using ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
• Partner with project sponsors, engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and monitor project performance.
• Prepare executive analyses, reports, and presentations for capital governance committees and senior leadership.
• Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools while improving automation, transparency, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, balance sheet, accrual accounting, and financial performance.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, investment evaluation, or FP&A within a large, matrixed organization.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with finance, operations, engineering, procurement, or other cross-functional stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in public accounting, audit, corporate finance, cash flow forecasting, capital planning, or financial governance.
• Experience with JD Edwards, large ERP systems, Power BI, or automation tools.
